Raster Tools in ACA 2017

Just looking around in ACA 2017 and tried to use the insert raster image into drawing and received this error:

c:\program files\autodesk\autocad raster design 2017\aeciibui60.arx cannot find a dll or other file that it needs.
Unknown command "IINSERT".  Press F1 for help.

Not sure if anyone else is having this problem but a new roll out probably should work correctly!

if you go to that location indicated in the error message is that file there?

also check to see if you have the raster design tab in Autocad Architecture 2017

Historically Raster Design requires some additional search paths in the Support File Search path.  These get added to the dedicated Raster Design AutoCAD profile but you have to add them to other profiles.  In the past there have been three folders required: the application folder, the menu (CUIx) folder, and the Help folder.

No that file is not in the location requested.  And yes I have the Raster tab in ACA, that's where I'm getting the message from.

From the solution link VStudley provided:

"Solution:
To get Raster Design working:
In your AutoCAD-based product, run the OPTIONS command.
On the Files tab, expand Support File Search Path and add the following paths:
C:\program files\autodesk\autocad raster design 201x\
C:\program files\autodesk\autocad raster design 201x\help
Note: Designate the exact version number in the above paths for your install of Raster Design.
Click Apply and then OK.
Exit and relaunch your AutoCAD-based product.
Raster Design commands should now function as expected. "

That worked for me. I use plain AutoCAD & 3d Map.  Since I migrated my settings from 2016, the raster folder still referenced the 2016 version of Raster Design.  All I had to do was change the 2016 in the folder references to 2017.  Worked perfectly.
