"extremely small scale factor ignored"

While trying to scale up a PDF using a reference point, the message, "extremely small scale factor ignored" appears in the command prompt area no less than 10 times and the command won't go forward. Help, please...

So the problem is only with this one single PDF, and no other PDFs?
