POLYLINES WON'T DISPLAY THICKNESS IN MODEL SPACE

When i draw a polyline in model space and give it a start and end thickness nothing changes. Just a line. If i do the same in paper space it works fine. This is only happening in one file. The other files are fine.

I replaced the viewport. No more polyline issues. Thanks
