Hello,
I have been test-driving AutoCAD 2022 for a few weeks now and have a few questions that may help guide me on my decision to purchase or not. I'm running all project files from OneDrive so that I can access the files anywhere.
I could call Autodesk to ask, but I have been using this forum for years and value the advice and opinions from the members.
- When double-clicking a .dwt file, the program keeps opening another instance of AutoCAD. Is this normal for this version?
- When I have CAD open and double-click a .dst file, nothing happens. In previous versions, this would open up that sheetset in my current session as long as I had a drawing open. Is this due to using OneDrive?
- I have also noticed that drawings are associated with one .exe type while templates and .dst files are with another. Is this also standard with this version?
Thank you in advance.
