This isn't necessarily an AutoCAD Architecture topic and the procedures are different for ACA and ACAD. A profile itself doesn't contain tool palettes, though.
Local Tool palettes with AutoCAD:
- Export the palette and copy it from the original machine to another. On the other machine, right click on a tool palette, choose customize palettes, right click anywhere and choose import.
- Another approach for block content palettes: Put all block content related to a palette into a single drawing. Copy that file to any other computers and use adcenter to create the palettes.

Local Tool palettes with ACA:
- Project based: Etransmit the project. I'm not sure but I think this will enable the palette from the second computer.
- Non-project based(Can only be built without an active project): Tool palettes in ACA, not shared from a catalog can't easily be exported or imported. For content to be shareable, you begin by using the content browser to build your catalogs. Within catalogs, you organize them by adding categories, packages, palettes, and tools. I believe the tools within the contentbrowser are limited to AEC content types. Palettes created to hold block and command content are difficult to share. It requires that you know where the palettes are stored. I recommend creating a new profile based on AutoCAD and then copying the ACA tool palette location into the files tab of the new profile. Then you can export the block content palette. Warning:Don't mess with any ACA palettes and don't try to export them from this profile.
