Layers doesn't change color

Hi fellas!

I have an inserted xref where the layers doesn't seem to change color.
I've changed every xref layer to be grey but the walls, doors & stairs doesn't change the layer color.

How do I accomplish this?

Are those objects actually set to BYLAYER, or do they have manual overrides? Find out, open the XREF and explore.

I just found out that "XREFOVERRIDES" set to 1 solved the problem. I guess that a bunch of objects weren't set BYLAYER.
