Style Manager Freezes

When i open my style manager to edit my wall types (happens to be what I am editing currently) as soon as I click on a specific wall type my entire program freezes. The only way to "unfreeze" is by forcing AutoCAD to shut down via my task manager. 

I have checked for all updates (my program is up-to-date) and I have allowed the program to check and repair the program... I have even gone as far as to un-install and re-install AutoCAD Architecture.  Nothing has resolved my issue yet.

Suggestions please!

What ii your ACA year version are listed in ABOUT command?
What is your OS?
What is your video card, and can you post a screenshot of your GRAPHICSCONFIG command pop-up?

Product Version: 8.1.70.0 AutoCAD Architecture 2019.0.2

Built on: P.162.0.0 AutoCAD 2019.1.2

Windows 7

Intel(R) Xeon(R) W-2123 CPU @ 3.60GHz  3.60 GHz (i dont know if that is what you are looking for) 

Unfortunately there is nothing to show.  I for example click on the wall type "standard" to edit it and the program just freezes. As soon as I click it.

Start GRAPHICSCONFIG command then turn off hardware acceleration, does your problem go away?

If you log-in as an all new user on your PC, does the problem continue (this is a less painful method that removing and reinstalling ACA2019)?
