Issues with length units in AutoCAD Architecture 2015

Sometimes when i try to draw a line the length of the lines differ in their units. I thought the drawing scale had something to do with it but it doesn't. I try to attach the screenshot explaining the situation. Any help about how to make them the same?

Look at the Z coordinates.  The reason the top line is longer is the start point is Z=-1201.7 while the endpoint has a Z=0.  If you mean the line to lie parallel or in the xy plane, turn on your z-lock. (Replace Z value with current elevation).
