Have you tried to search for the answer yourself before making your post?  There are certainly hundreds of posts about this.  On the annotate tab, on the scheduling tab flyout, push "create tag" (scheduletag). Then hit F1 to get the system help.

Yes I tried a lot. I asked two questions and both of them is important for me:

1- How to create (How can I learn to create tag). You told me where is that icon but I should to learn. So if it is possible please send me a link for learn to create tags.

2- Second my question is about how can to add more tags. Where can I download more tags.

Thanks

Searching the on-line Help for create schedule tag gave me this article,

http://help.autodesk.com/view/ARCHDESK/2020/ENU/?guid=GUID-185BF421-746C-4E2F-945A-B9C03028A15A

which covers the use of the tool to which @dbroad pointed you.

If you prefer a more wordy explanation, then you may find these blog articles of use:

As to your second question, I am not certain I know of a place from which you can download tags.  They are so easy to create, are often tied to a given firm's (customized) Property Sets and the desired graphics are often so firm-specific that creating a repository may be more work than it is worth.

You could try searching the forums here, for example content that was posted in response to a particular question.

I see you've gotten your answers.  Exploding tags should give you a good idea of how they work.  I think the link david meant to share is

http://architects-desktop.blogspot.com/2005/03/adt-2006-tags-illustrated.html

As far as a step by step, you may watch this screencast (no sound).

I see you've gotten your answer.  Hitting F1 in the definetag command should get you a good start.  The wordy link that David posted should probably have been, since the one he posted seems broken

Here is a screencast step by step.

I see that you've solved your problem.  Exploding tags and hitting F1 in the definetag command are what work for me.  David's wordy links seem broken. Try this:

Here is a step by step screencast

Odd, both those links do not work.  Apparently, cut and paste is not what it used to be.

Perhaps these will work better:

https://architects-desktop.blogspot.com/2005/03/adt-2006-tags-illustrated.htm

https://architects-desktop.blogspot.com/2008/11/creating-annotative-tags-in-autocad.html

It seems that links in the older articles are to http, not https, and the insecure version of the links no longer works.  I will have to try to remember that in the future.

On the same day, I was able to retrieve both links.

Anyway, I sincerely appreciate your sense of responsibility.
