How to avoid door threshold being substracted when subtracting all the walls on the floor slab?

Hi everyone! I am new to AutoCAD architecture, I have a question:

Is there a way to avoid the door threshold being subtracted when subtracting the walls on the floor slab? otherwise, I would have to manually add all the thresholds shown below. Just wondering if there is a better way to do it? Thanks!

Few AEC doors have thresholds. Does this one need one if its inside the slab? Did you add a block representing the threshold to the door?

The attached drawing shows three ways to adjust with the sill elevation of openings. Two of them have an interference condition.

The way I am doing it is to raise the sill slab thickness just like you presented, I guess there is no other way to subtract the wall without manually raising the sill thickness afterward, but thanks anyway!

I actually drew a slab to represent the threshold as the floor slab was subtracted when I was subtracting all the walls, I use this floor slab as a finish layer and that is why I need that threshold to be there to apply finishes.

That's an interesting approach. I don't usually add that level of detail to the model unless It's for a rendering. I added a finish slab to this dwg and a threshold that could be copied around.   The cased opening is a door that has a threshold block made using a mass element. I added a interference condition with the finish floor slab.
