How to add a base and capital to the column style?

I want to update my drawings to reflect the 12" diameter Tuscan columns including the base and capital.

I did a search with little luck.  I thought for sure this type of thing had been answered.  There are a couple of post from @tevansERD that are good examples.  That said I sketched a couple of versions that illustrate different makeups. One is very specific while the other will allow the length to change.

Look in the model settings to find the capital and base.

I've attached the dwg file as a reference.
