The regenall does not make a difference.
I have checked for updated drivers for the graphics card and its says I am running the most up to date one. That was my first thought.
I also tried a restore to an earlier date but without any success.

Thanks for your advise.
I had tried to update the graphic card drivers in windows 10 but it said that I was running the current version.
I spoke with an IT friend and he advised me to go to the Nvidia site direct and check for updated drivers.
Guess what, this worked perfectly.
