Hi,

really having trouble downloading the autocad Architecture 2017 onto my computer . It has all the system requirements, but the installation keeps failing. Here is the log:

Try using the Virtual Agent to download the software first, and then run the installation.  Depending upon what software you are downloading, there may be multiple files to download; download all of them to the same folder.  When all of the downloads are complete, double click on the "1" file, which will initiate the extraction of the installation files from all of them.

When the extraction is complete, the installer will start.  You can proceed with the installation (or deployment creation) then, or, if you prefer to do that later, you can cancel, and, when you are ready to install, double-click on the Setup.exe file you will find in the root folder to which the installation files were extracted.

I would recommend going through the procedures for performing a clean uninstall.  If you have other Autodesk software installed that is working properly, then do not delete the licensing files and, when directed to delete files or registry keys, only delete the AutoCAD Architecture 2017 subfolders in the locations noted.
