Custom Hatch Patterns

Hello,

We have recently switch to AutoCad Architecture 2019 and we are having problems with custom hatch patterns appearing in the program. We have confirmed the folder location using the options menu and it's selecting the correct folder. Now, when open up AutoCad 2019 or AutoCad Architecture 2017 we can see the custom pattern, it's just not working for AutoCad Architecture 2019 with the latest update.

Any suggetions on how to get this to work in AutoCad Architecture 2019.

Please elaborate and explain "having problems" and "see... just not working..." to those of us not sitting right next to you seeing what you see.

We were able to bring a custom pat file into AutoCAD 19 and AutoCAD 2017 Architecture. However, in AutoCAD Architecture 2019 we were not able to see it in the pull down and appear not to be loaded. -We did the same procedure: we save the pat file in a local folder, we went into options; set the path for the pat file but we were not able to see it in the pull down. We unblock the file in the properties just like in the other (2) softwares.
Do we need a path or a plug in for AutoCAD Architecture 2019 in order to import the custom pattern file?
Please help.

In AutoCad Architecture 2019 we are unable to select the pattern as it doens't show up as an option. However in AutoCad 2019 or AutoCad Architecture 2017 we are able to select the pattern without any problems. The paths for all three programs are the same, they are going to a custom folder it's just that AutoCad Architecture 2019 the custom Hatch Patterns we want to use don't appear.

Did you restart 2019 after adding the path to the PAT folder in OPTIONS? Your method works absolutely fine here, we've all done it that way for decades and in ACA2019.

Yes, we restarted 2019 after adding the path but still nothing would appear.
