Autocad architecture 2017 abnormal text size

Autocad architecture 2017 on my office computer shows weird text sizes. With pick box size 11, green selection box shows tiny when command bar text and all the texts in property panel on the left shows extremely big.

Does anyone know why this happens and how I can fix this problem?

Changing in display resolution doesn't help.

My home computer works fine. It shows all normal size texts.

Thank you for any advice.

If you use (or wish to upgrade to) AutoCAD/ACA2017, go grab the 2017.1.1 update (notice the "point one point one" in the name) from your active subscription-only updates page https://manage.autodesk.com/cep/#products-services/updates
Read all about it here: http://blogs.autodesk.com/autocad/autocad-2017-fall-update/
If you wish to upgrade to AutoCAD/ACA2018 that ability is already built in.

I'd like to try out 2018.

If I upgrade to ACA2018, all files are compatible with 2017 version?

Including all AEC objects?

In certain cases, I found that the file loses AEC/proxy function when saved as in older version.

But, I should be able to work on same file with 2017 users.

Many thanks to your advice~

2018 is an all new dwg-format, so if you work with others using 2017 you will lock them out of the EC content in the files.

Hi @Anonymous,

I'm just checking in to see if you need more help with this. Did the suggestions that @pendean provided yesterday work for you?

Additionally, here is the AKN article that describes the issue and fix or workarounds for each affected version:

Thank you for your advice.

It seems like your link show the right cause and solution because this office computer is purchased recently and has 4K resolution as its base.

I'd like to try upgrading to 2018.

However, I have to make sure to upgrade all our system at the same time first...I guess it takes time because at least one computer is occupied and used almost all day.

Thank you!!
