Autocad Arch 2019 not displaying Civil 3D objects (with obj enabler installed)

Having issues with all workstations in our office running Autocad Architecture 2019 with displaying survey and civil 3d objects, even with object enabler downloaded/installed. Standard non architecture Autocad 2018 displays all objects correctly, but opening files with Arch 2019 causes immediate problems, either displaying objects as just a box, or not displaying at all (note: with correct version of object enabler downloaded and installed). It seems that Arch 2019 is not compatible with civil 3D - wondering if anyone else is running into these issues?

What year C3d did the files come from? Unlike AutoCAD and ARCH, C3D versions tend to be "islands" onto their own.

Otherwise ask the C3D to dumb files down for your use or all ACA2019 users switch down to ACA2018 to see if
that makes a difference.
