LAYER command has an OFF/FREEZE setting for layers you do not want to see, use that?

OR... you have MECH content in your file, so those AM layer will always reappear when you use and reuse that content. You need to permanently remove that AM content from your files (hatches etc.) and they will never show up again.

Also ensure your ARCH year version is fully updated too.

Hi, thanks for Reply
But, my cad file doesn't have any mechanical properties and the AM options doesn't show up in the first place.
the real deal is i didn't use the dimension layer that i set current for the future uses. is that any other way to get rid this off.

AM options are part of M;echanical, not of Architecture.

" i didn't use the dimension layer "
Why are you talking about dimension, I can't read about dimensions in your first post?
Are you talking about using DIMADD (Architecture dimensions) or adding AutoCAD Dimensions (like dimlinear) ??

If the issue is by using AutoCAD dimensions only, read more about DIMLAYER

Again: Check your DIMLAYER setting

because you are using plain Acad dimensions
