3D CULVERTS

I AM TRYING TO CREATE CULVERTS IN 3D TO USE IN A RESIDENTIAL DRAWING. THE
CULVERTS NEED TO HAVE THE RIDGE TWIST UP THE PIPE, ANY IDEAS WOULD BE
APPRECIATED.

Perhaps you could explain where you are at, what you have tried, why they
need to be in 3D, (rendering, elevations) etc then we won't have to guess
how we can help you.

you draw the basic outline you require (a circle the size you want then add a bump to represent the ridge) then join them to create a closed polyline. Next to that draw a polyline representing the path you want it to take. Then sweep the circle along the pl adding the tWist option. Might take some practice playing with it to get it right, but it works well..

I created a helix. Modified it's properties to get what I thought were appropriate turns. I created a closed "S" shape custom profile and used "sweep" to send the profile along the path of the helix. Cad had to think a long time and the file (with only this in it) got huge. Attached is a jpeg (file itself was too big...).
