2019 & 2020 - Crash when using zoom all command in paper space

Both verison of AutoCAD Architecture 2019 & 2020 crash when Zoom - All command is used several times in paper space.  

FYI:

The previous AutoCAD Architecture Platform didn't have this issue (same system hardware).

You changed AutoCAD versions, so what older software you used to has no bearing anymore.

Are 2019 and 2020 fully updated? Tell us what ABOUT command says your version is in each program.

Do one or more of the following:

• Install the latest updates for AutoCAD (see Install Updates, Add-ons, and Enhancements).
• Install the latest graphics driver for the system GPU (see How to update to the latest certified video driver).
• In dual video systems, manually set AutoCAD to use the high-end GPU (see How to configure Autodesk software to use high performance graphics).
• Turn off hardware acceleration (see How to enable or disable hardware acceleration in AutoCAD).
• Repair the drawing (see How to repair corrupt AutoCAD files).
• Isolate or freeze layers that contain wipeouts.
• If freezes occur in the layout, enable Options > Display > Display printable area.
• Set the RTREGENAUTO variable to OFF.

Built on: P.46.0.0 AutoCAD 2019

Do one or more of the following:

• Install the latest graphics driver for the system GPU (see How to update to the latest certified video driver). Updated to the latest certified video driver for NVIDIA Quadro M2000 (Version 411.95)
• In dual video systems, manually set AutoCAD to use the high-end GPU (see How to configure Autodesk software to use high performance graphics). That option is not displayed in NVIDIA Control Panel but was able to change it thru display settings.
• Turn off hardware acceleration (see How to enable or disable hardware acceleration in AutoCAD). I have done this and didn't help.
• Repair the drawing (see How to repair corrupt AutoCAD files). Attempted to repair but no errors found
• Isolate or freeze layers that contain wipeouts. No wipeout layers used in the drawing
• If freezes occur in the layout, enable Options > Display > Display printable area. This box is checked
• Set the RTREGENAUTO variable to OFF. This is set to off.
