AutoCAD program freezes Nearly Every Time I Switch from Model Space to Layout

My AutoCAD program freezes just about every single time I switch from Model Space to a layout tab. I have tried setting my LAYOUTREGENCTL to 2 and WHIPTHREAD TO 3 and that did not correct the issue. I had an IT come to my work and look at my computer and he said everything is working properly. The only thing I can think is maybe my computer hardware is not the best or meet the requirements, but I checked and it looks as if my PC meets the requirements. This happens even in just a new drawing with just a couple lines. I am at a loss. I will attach a screenshot of ALL my computer info below so you can see what I am working with. I appreciate any help that you can provide.  Another note to make is that this happens in C3D as well. It has really got me going up the walls trying to fix this issue.
