Short Cut Keys for Fractions?

Does anybody know how to enable short cut keys for text such as 1/8", 1/2"
CL, PL, etc... I have heard that "CTRL + {" and other combinations bring
them up, but have been unable to figure out how. Thanks.

In mtext you can apply "alt+0188" & "alt+0189" (using the numpad) for 1/2 & 1/4.

depends on the font - see RomanSPlus in customer files for an example of a
font that has a lot of additional characters. view the font with the
fontbase.dwg attached below the original message. all extended chacters can
be used by pressing the alt key, holding it down, and entering the
appropriate code (listed under each character) with an initial 0 on the
numeric keypad.
