Printing PLT files in Windows

Hey - wondering if there's a way to drag and drop .plt files to a network plotter in Windows NT. Has anyone tried this successfully? Seeing the DOS command is basically a copy to lpt1, wondered if you can set a file association for the .plt files.

My free GoPlot tool.does it all. Windows, drag & drop, local and network
plotters.
