Artcam 2018 Error

Hi, I have a perpetual license for 2018 and it has ben woking fine up until now! I now have an error message when trying to use the programme. I have attached a couple of screen shots. Can anyone help please.

the sorry tale of whoa is that support for ArtCam is finished, therefore the dumpfile sent probably went to no man's land.

I had a similar issue after a windows update, I did a system restore to an earlier restore point, which resolved my issue
