Oject_mask AA problem

I have the problem that my object_masks always have aa problems.
My beauty looks totally fine (12 camera samples).

Do I have to render my object_masks 2x in resolution or should I raise the camera_aa even more?aa-problem.jpg

How do you get this mask aov? what shader, what driver, what filter?

I´m using the arnold object mask tag, with a custom aov
