Can't install C4DtoA

I am testing out the trail for C4DtoA, on my Windows 10 machine. However I can't seem to install the plugin, unfortunately. I keep getting a Windows 10 warning of the following:

When I click Run anyway, I get an NSIS Error

NSIS error most likely means the download is incomplete

Thank you for replying back to this Stephen. The total file size I downloaded was 185 MB. And I did it several times. Even with older versions of the plugin which is odd.

Also tried the whole CMD prompt /NCRC, but no luck

C4DtoA 2.6 should be about 227MB

What version of CINEMA 4D?
