Broken Tagging / Notifying Users

Hi all,

Does anyone else have an issue where @ing a user just breaks and doesn't seem to load the users correctly? This seems to only appear when I am actually logged in, but persists across different browsers. The top picture is what it should look like, and the bottom picture is what it often looks like. This seems to be a consistent issue, but does seem to go away and come back at will.

Yes, that's a known problem. I edit the CC after and type in the name.
