converting shaders

Downloaded City model from cgtrader as an .mb file. I created an Arnold skydome light. Screenshot 1 of viewport shows scene. From previous posts here I learned I need to go to "arnold/utilities/Convert Shaders to Arnold" I'm using Arnold Core 5.2.2.1. I did that and screenshot 2 shows the result and am now trying to figure out where I'm going wrong.

Thanks.

What does a render look like?

Check the shaders on one object.

Stephen,

Thanks for the quick response. First attachment is test render using Arnold. I selected one of the buildings wall sections and I think the viewport screenshot shows the Hypershade, Outliner and Attributes editor for that particular material. Hope this is helpful.test-render-arnold.jpgscreen-shot-2019-04-16-at-44052-pm.png

I wonder what is plugged into the Base Color? Maybe you can export a selected object to ass, and upload that ass file for us to look at?

Om Gothi, thanks for your response and suggestion. I am a noobie with Maya and Arnold so how would I reconvert everything? Are you simply suggesting I run the "arnold/utilities/Convert Shaders to Arnold" twice? Or is there another procedure I need to execute? Thanks again.
