make_texture ERROR: Could not rename file: Access is denied

Hello, I am having this issue in htoa(latest version) where whenever I select Arnold > update tx textures , it gives me this error, from the log looks like a permission issue to rename the file, but no idea how to solve it. This happens after I render for the first time, if for example I change the color space or update a file from substance painter and try to update the tx file. Any ideas? Thank you

I've the same problem, 
in addition i also have this problem:
[texturesys] unable to convert from color space "Utility - Raw", ignoring color transform
This issue also occurs for others color profile in texture section  although ocio config is loaded correctly.
