[BUG] 6.2.4.0 hangs in viewport and returns error on Deadline jobs

hi all, I have a Solaris USD scene that I have been rendering multiple layers of with HtoA 6.2.2.0 and Hou 19.5.605py3.9

I decided to give HtoA 6.2.4.0 a go on the same scene since it promised fast and cleaner mesh lights, problem is that it started to hang my Houdini session and printing errors to deadline (same local machine).

for viewport hangs, the timer keeps on counting with no word "initializing" or anything after. attempting to go back to hydra openGL or karma will simply hang Houdini, so I will have to restart Houdini after ending the process.

here is the deadline error:

How do I reproduce this?

16476MB ERROR | [driver_deepexr] HdArnoldRenderPass_driver_driver_deepexr_8: duplicate layer "RGBA" of type RGBA in file `G:/Projects/Challenges/pwnisher_Endless_Engines/03_Production/Shots/Seq_01/Shot_01/Renders/3dRender/render_Seq_01-Shot_01/v0031/car_sparks_env/Seq_01-Shot_01_render_Seq_01-Shot_01_v0031_car_sparks_env_deep.1131.exr'

that error probably isnt the main cause since my viewport gets stuck without using my custom Arnold render settings LOP.

I noticed the problem happens with kitbash assets if multiple of them are in scene.

as for the driver error, I have attached a simple hipfile for my Arnold settings setup (works perfectly fine with HtoA 6.2.2.0 both inside Houdini and on Deadline local)
