If you don't see Bake Textures on the Utilities meny, then you have an older C4DtoA

There's a problem with the Mac menu bar. See https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/arnold-for-cinema-4d-forum/utilities-menu-smaller-on-mac-vs-windows/m...

The workaround is using the application menu bar instead: go to Edit -> Preferences -> Interface and uncheck Show Mac Bar Menu.
