Arnold "aiAtmosphereVolume" Issue

I have rendered the same image a thousand times with the "aiAtmosphereVolume" option to make the halo of the sun, I have made a thousand changes in the settings and the render always ends with the same artifacts, those small and annoying white dots that you see everywhere on the image. Why this happen.

How many atmosphere_volume samples do you have? How are you lighting the scene?
