Cylinder Offset Tool (or improvement to Offset)
Offsetting a rational cylinder always gives many extra spans in both U and V (this is with 'max. span factor' at 1.0). In the attached images, cylinders are offset outward by their diameter. A way to keep this offset 3 degree and 10 spans (and circular) would be useful.
