Add: Unsupported keys in Hotkey Editor for standard (US International) keyboards

The buttons with symbols: (` + ~) and (' + ") on my keyboard (QWERTY, US International) cannot be used as inputs for hotkeys, please allow for all buttons as input on standard keyboard layouts. Note that although the symbols can be pasted in the editor, the keys do not invoke the commands they were assigned to.

I also noticed that "Shift + Symbol" combinations are currently unsupported. When "shift + symbol" is entered, the hotkey editor lists the entry as symbol only. When the uppercase character of the symbol is input, the hotkey editor shows a BB00 code.

To give a few examples: "[" can be input in the hotkey editor just fine. However, "Shift+[" is listed as "[" in the editor, whereas "shift+{", the uppercase of the symbol, is listed as "BB13". Similarly, "\" is listed as "\", "shift+|" is listed as "\" and "shift + |" is listed as "BB14".
