using two layout windows in two different monitors

I am sorry if this is a really silly question, but can  i not use two layouts in two different  monitors? something like having a left side view on one monitor and a perspective window on the other. Can someone please help me with a work around if any?

By the way, I am working on two monitors with different aspect ratios and resolutions.

Sorry but no.  All the modeling views are in a single window.  The only way is to span Alias across both monitors, like in the attached image.
