Translators cmd license error

Running into a license error when running translators (AlToFBX) from cmd line. 

Alias Concept 2023.1.1 fully licensed via subscription online. 

Error received -  License Authorize FAILED( A63O1, 2023.1.1.F, ADLSDK_STATUS_LICENSE_CHECKOUT_ERROR, )

Cmd being ran;

"D:\Software\AliasConcept2023.1.1\bin\translators\AlToFbx.exe" -i "Sanitised_path.wire" -o "sanitised_path.fbx" -productKey A6301 -productVersion 2023.1.1.F -productLicenseType USER -productLicensePath "D\Software\AliasConcept2023.1.1\bin"

Struggling to find concrete topics on this. Docs aren't much help either.

Am I doing something wrong or is there something else that needs to be added?

Sorry to hear that you are having problems with the usage of the command-line translators.

The error message which you are seeing really indicates an issue with licensing. Assuming Alias Concept version 2023.1.1 to be properly installed on your machine, and also User Subscription to be intact (which I cannot check), I would like to ask you to replace

-productKey A6301

by 

-productKey A63O1

in the cmd.exe command line. I know: the difference is really hard to spot; it's basically replacing the zero ("0") by an uppercase O ("O") as in Oscar.

Does that already resolve your issue?

If not:
Can you please check if the FBX export is working from inside Alias with logging turned on (i.e. Start Alias Concept 2023.1.1, load your wire file, next Main Menu > File > Save As (with options) > FBX, turn on logging, and export the file to sanitised_path.fbx. If starting Alias already fails, most likely there is something wrong with your installation or your licensing. If the export succeeds, please check the log file next - it will contain the cmd.exe command-line which has been used to perform the export. Please compare it with the one used before, and make according adjustments.
