problem with

I downloaded alias with student license.

I can install the program, but I cant start this. they showed this kind of message, but I dont know what is the problem exactly. I want to know the specific solution to solve it and I already tried to reinstall the programe for several times.... it didnt work.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As student, do you have any special need for installing the 2023 release? It has been the last version with the old interface, so it's not so useful to start learning Alias with that release.

And I guess that installing a more recent version (2024, 2025 or 2026) you could avoid this problem because there is no more the user_data directory.
