Can't merge object in mirror

Hello. I would like to know how I can "merge" or "glue together" the two parts of my model after finishing. I was modeling with mirror on and now when I move the left half, the other one separates from the whole model. I have trying to find the answer on the internet since last week and didn't find any solution. Can you guys help me?

The other one seperates because it's a mirror only. You need to turn the mirrored side into actual geometry. Hope this helps.

It worked!!! I also used the weld tool to join the edges, but your tip worked at first. Thank you so much 😉
