Alias 2024 Don't Open

When I click to start the 2024 version of the application, the launch screen appears and then it crashes. When I reinstall the 2023 version, it gives error 4. No matter what I tried, I couldn't start the program. Can you help me?

Can you try using this MS tool:

Uninstall Alias from this tool.  You may need to run it more than once to remove all Alias entries and then try to install it again.

Where are you getting the install media from?
