Shear Plate to be detailed with punch mark (connection side) Near Side

Hello,

Per the screen shots below, using Sp-Clipped dwg style, shear plates are detailed with punch marks (connection side marks) Far Side.

If the plate is punched / drilled from top side, then the dwg style should take in consideration the connection side punch mark to be on top too, not on the other side.
