Per attached screen pic, running dimension symbol is present even if there isn't a running dimension generated by the DS.
Sometimes hundreds of dwgs of a project require to be opened, RD deleted, and dimension moved closer to the detail just because there is a RD symbol generated.
Please remove the RD symbol when there isn't a running dimension present.
