Placing UCS on object to place UCS with Y pointing up
It will be helpful if when UCS is placed on object, Y ordinate automatically is placed up and X to the right. Currently after selcting Z ordinate, Y is pointing downwards, and 100% of the cases we need to rotate UCS along Z twice.
