No skimping on Project specific User attribute 1 tokens

Hi again 😉,

As projects become more complex, it would be great to have more tokens to further customize the HYPERSTEELPAGEHEADER, aka Title Block in Advance Steel.

I would like to see more added User attributes to the Project settings in Advance Steel.

For the moment,  there are only 5 local attributes that are Project Specific. I would like to see at least 12.

In addition to the number of project attributes:

1. Convert ErrorMessages table same as rest of the database

2. Or allow manual input in project settings for the coded attributes

It would be even better if you could dynamically add attribute lines like AutoCAD sheet set manager, but I'd be happy with 12 lines.

We started doing what you are doing. Modifying the labels in the database for the real detailing world. However I do hate that I have to navigate to the different tabs to enter this info, but at least I don't have to be here often.

I am still curious why Sequence Number is not available in the Prototype as a Token when either a Filename must have either a drawing number or sequence number included to create a unique value.

It is possible to include the sequence number in the prototype when creating drawings.
This is accessible from the Drawing Process Manager >User category.
The example used below is category 2-Singleparts- all.
The prototype used is ASDETPROTO-Single ANSI-C.
Expand the file name selector icon and in the Drawing name section, Expand the flyout adjacent to the TEXT field where you can add the token Sequence Number.

Adding the sequence number to the filename is not the issue, in fact it is necessary.  The issue is that on the prototype it is not possible (to my knowledge) to include that parameter on the titleblock.  The use case is if you allow duplicate drawings and you have 3 drawings of an assembly to present 3 stages of fabrication there no way to automatically indicate sequence number on the titleblock even though the filename will contain that value.

Could you tell me where in the tables you modified the labels to support your use case (and common sense)?

All I could find was in the AstorKernelEnvironment some labels that make reference to these fields but in modifying them, nothing is reflected in the Project Settings window like it is for you.
