Make a difference between local clip at corners and contour dimension

Hello,

As shown on pic 1, local corner clip dimension is combined with a contour dimension. Contour dimensions have to be clean, end point to end point, and

not mixed with local clips at corners.

Pic 2 shows diimensins modified the way they are supposed to be.

There should be a difference when dimension is recalled if dimension is a contour dimension (even of the contour is not a rectangle) or a local (clip, secondary) dimension.
