IFC Improvements

The lack of progress in AS-generated IFC files over the past 7 years has been extremely frustrating.  You will continue to lose market share unless this is addressed.   Some specific notes (and I'm no IFC expert):

1) Add IfcColourRgb entities.  Easy, just do it please.

2) Add the part numbers (position # whatev) as a reference in IFC 2x3 under IfcPropertySet "HasProperties".

3) IFC MVD EM.11 contains part and assembly reference numbers, does not define bent plates so they don't show up in viewers like Navisworks or Trimble Connect.  However, 2x3 does define bent plates, but no reference numbers.  Please make AS-generated IFC 2x3 per BuildingSMART and ISO 16739-1:2018 standards.

Also, include GUID information in SMLX files.

Every part should have an assembly number in ifc properties, without it it's useless for site engineers..

It critically important, that all metadata is included in the IFC throughout the hierarchy (parts, assembly etc.). We have lost so much work in recent years due to the limited metadata/interoperability on the Advance Steel exports rendering us unable to comply with scope of work requirements. Even when exported to Navisworks the assembly levels are not recognized in the hierarchy without manipulating the export with third party software. Its unfortunate to see we are falling so far behind compared to other detailing software.  The Advance Steel software is really losing market relevance.   This has been an ongoing concern which has been raised many times in the past.

It is dissapointing that Autodesk being "leading BIM software" does not even try to improve export to one of the most important BIM format. Those are much needed.
