Wrong bolt position

Hello, 

I want connect two folded beams with bolts. It always insert bolt on top green flange or on bottom magenta flange, or through all flanges. What could I be doing wrong  that I can`t get bolt in right position?

Usually I fix those problems with change of UCS position and clicking on "invert" and "finish calculation at gap", but in this case it doest giver right bolt position.
