unfolding length is incorrect - AS2020

Hi All,

is there anything wrong with the unfolding length in AS2020? I am trying to make a Cylinder of inner diameter 900mm and wall thickness 10mm. the correct unfolded length by calculations should be 2859mm. in AS, I got two different lengths and both are wrong.

if I use Facets per corner=24, the unfolded length comes out as 2819mm and when I use Facets per corner=25, the unfolded length jumps up to 2880mm, is there anyway to get the correct length?

Hi,

In MT, Filter 'Expansion',

in General, 'Expansion Method for unfolding' -Pure Median Line.

Screencast 

Used the Folded beam command.

When unfolded, the length is 2859mm (9'-4 9/16")
