Tube end plate connection

Hi Guys! I have here the end plate connection for the tube that cannot be the same size as the tube, the end plate is shorter than the tube. Please help on how the end plate be the same size as the tube to fully cover it, Thanks in advance

Hi,

To get the end plate the same size as your tube you must set the "6. Edge distance" value on the "Bolt Layout" page of the joint properties. Then, f you want the plate on the main beam to be narrower set projection 1, 2 and 3  on the Gusset parameters page to a negative value (keep 2 and 3 equal or the shape goes weird).
