How can I get the development of a tube as a unfolded plate?

In the old ASD there was a command to make the development of the tube the inner edge and the outer edge.

Or what is the best way for you for detailing the cut of the tube?

Depending upon which country version installed there are unfolded development drawings. For UK there was what I call a wrap template style, which is used to produce a 1:1 detail of the tube ends to e wrapped around the end.

There are some settings in Management tool defaults to allow the unwinding/unfolding and the mean line taken for the shaped end.
