The Model check and other windows don't open.

Hello, I have a few problems with some windows in advance steel. When I press the Model Check button, you can see the blue load bar and the respective command in the Command window, but then nothing happen. I'm doing a tutorial and in the video it shows a window opened after that, but in my programm this last one doesn't appear. And the same with the Clash Check and the Numbering windows. Do someone knows why this is happen?

There is a file called AS_Settings.xml this controls where everything is placed on the screen as well as a few other things 

1. Close Advance Steel
2. Go to C/ProgramData/Autodesk/AdvanceSteel(Version) /Build
3. So on my machine that's C/ProgramData/Autodesk/AdvanceSteel 2024 / GBR
4. Rename AS_Settings.xml to AS_SettingsOld.xlm
5. Restart Advance Steel, renaming the file will reset the position of everything
