Hi guys, 

Please, can you tell me what is the easiest way to make tank roof like on the pictures below ?

I spend last two days to figure it out but wint no result.

Hi,

First and most important will be the length of the outer edge rolled angle.

This will give you the number of Polar Array segments.

Splicing is important because you may need to split the angle and bolts will remain passing through other angle, it will slow you down.

Do one typical segment with 100% independent bolts/members between, and use polar array.

I see you did all the sloping beams first, do one or 3 with the rolled angle and use the polar array.

HI,

The overall shape is a little similar to the Hopper I modelled in this video Youtube - Advance Steel Hopper.

As you can see it is quite old and the interface has changed a fair bit since but the commands and process are the same.
